The Story of EDGe

EDGe was founded in 2018 by Ruth Farrar.  An experienced recruiter herself Ruth set up EDGe to provide a range of training, coaching, mentoring and development programmes to support recruitment agencies in developing business strategies that allow them to grow faster than their competitors.

With over 25 years experience as a top-billing recruiter, Ruth has travelled the path of a recruiter.  This puts her in the perfect position to help people understand how they can be better.
